The assessment comprised analyses of the synchronistic interaction of Project associated activities againts the spatial and temporal distribution of marine functions with the port of Tanjung Agas with a view of achieving the optimum trade off between an agreed set of ecological , economic, and social objective; and to make an objective analysis on those prescribe activities againts a set of predefined risk acceptance criteria.

Introduction
